Terms & Conditions
ArbExpert Limited (“The Provider”) provides sports arbitrage alerts to
you (“The User”) for the period contracted and paid for (“Service Time”).
The supply of sports arbitrage alerts, supporting software (e.g. AEBrowser) and documentation (e.g. eBooks) constitute (“The Service”).
No information contained in The Service can be sold or passed on to any person,
persons, companies or any other organizations.
The Service can be suspended by full time users for a minimum of three days.
When this occurs The User’s Service Time will be extended by the equivalent number of days.
The Service Time can be extended by a maximum of 60 days.
Special terms apply to loss of The Service. If The Service is not
available for a constant period of more than six hours, one day will be added to
The User’s Service Time. For each further period of up to 24 hours one day will be added
to The User’s Service Time. These terms only apply to full time users.
Users with a part time subscription must use their credit within six weeks of purchase;
if not, any remaining credit will expire. Each session is charged at a minimum of 15 minutes.
The User may qualify for an extension to their current Service Time by recommending a new user. Both The User and the new user will receive an additional number of free days as an extension to their current Service Time equivalent to 10% of their current contractual period of Service Time.
The Provider cannot in any way be held responsible for any direct losses or indirect
losses arising from the use of The Service.
All bet opportunities delivered through The Service must be checked by The User prior to placing the bet. Advised bets may be incorrect because the odds may have
changed, an error occurred whilst obtaining the bet or not all sides of the arbitrage
match on sport, event, date, time or type of bet.
Arbitrage alerts delivered through The Service may contain bet errors made
by the bookmaker (known as palpable errors); the bookmaker reserves the right to withdraw and
void these bets. The Provider cannot in any way be held responsible for any errors in The Service including bookmaker palpable errors.
Bookmakers rules vary and The Provider provides arbitrage alerts where bookmakers have
consistent rules unless The User specifies otherwise. From time to time bookmakers change
their rules and where The Provider is not aware of these rule changes The Service may supply arbitrage alerts across bookmakers with differing rules. In these instances potential
losses may occur.
At all times The Provider has the right to immediately terminate The Service to any user if The Provider believes at its sole discretion that The User has
breached these Terms and Conditions.
The Provider reserves the right to immediately terminate The Service to any
user if The Provider believes The User to have behaved in a manner that is not acceptable
or not appropriate or have added inappropriate content to The Service.
The Service provides betting and gaming material for information purposes
only and does not seek to encourage users to place bets on sporting or other events. The User should be aware that in many jurisdictions betting is illegal and those engaged in gambling
activity may be liable for punishment under those countries’ laws. The User should also be aware
that gambling is addictive for many people and if The User believes they have a gambling problem
they should seek professional help.
The Provider's web sites may contain advertising and/or sponsorship. Advertisers and sponsors are
responsible for ensuring that material submitted for inclusion on the web sites complies with
international and national law. The Provider will not be responsible for any error or
inaccuracy in advertising material.
From time to time The Service is changed and therefore The Provider reserves the
right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
English law exclusively governs these terms and conditions and only the English courts
will adjudicate any disputes.

Cancellation Policy You may request a cancellation of your subscription at any point by emailing us. No refunds will be made.
